If your event volume, regional data residency, or PoP footprint doesn't fit cleanly into a published tier, our platform team writes a contract around it. Volume discounts kick in above 500 M events / month; on-prem collectors and dedicated PoPs are available for regulated workloads.
Usage-based on events ingested, billed monthly in arrears. Starter and Team tiers are self-serve via credit card; Enterprise is annual with NET-30 invoicing. You receive a single line-item invoice tied to your contract tier — no surprise add-ons.
Overage is billed at the published per-1k-events rate for your tier, capped at 20% above your committed volume. Above 20% we proactively reach out to right-size the contract before the next billing cycle — no auto-escalation without notice.
Starter and Team are month-to-month with no commitment. Enterprise contracts are annual with a 30-day out clause after the first 90 days. Our gross retention rate is 97.4% across FY22–FY24, so the contract is designed to be kept, not escaped.
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certificates, renewed annually through 2024. We provide a completed CAIQ, a DPA with standard SCCs, and a signed security exhibit on request. Procurement and security teams get a shared Slack channel during evaluation.
